The ruling council of the city of Linnastus, now operating in exile in the Black Hills. The Council is composed of the city's ten highest ranking priests - representing worship of the Gods Solandria, Vellamni, Hollus, Faraya, Bethtarr, Grendarra, Taramis, Morivar, Lucia and Hellani.
