A minor fortress located near the town of Valour Hill, a short distance to the north-west of Great Heldmar. Coldstone Keep is controlled by the Royal Order of the Scorpion. Although it is of little military importance, the keep's vaults are well-guarded - allowing it to serve as a secure archive for the order. In addition, Lord Alveraz and his elite Coldstone Guard are based here.
