The Vault of Curiosities is an extensive complex within the [[Silver Citadel]] on [[Endaraen]], built by the [[Chorus of Remembrance]] in the [[Eighth Age]]. Part museum and part prison, the vault contains both artefacts and living creatures from all across the [[plane|Plane]], arranged in complex dioramas and then magically frozen in time.

Whether or not the citadel and its contents will survive the inevitable death of the plane is a matter of some debate, but the Chorus has always claimed that their aim in building and stocking the vault is to allow the plane's culture and history to outlive its demise. Conversely, rival factions have historically claimed that the vault is nothing more than a vain and cruel vanity project and highlight the fact that exhibits in the vault include many sapient beings - often confined there without their consent.
