Controls all three gates on [[Alkasha]], thus holding a vital crossroads in the planar region. Founded by a military order called the [[Vhanti]] who worship [[Schiraman]]; the Vhanti were formed four hundred years ago during the [[War of Waking]] to help patrol the gate-routes and prevent the [[Awakened]] from spreading. Most were killed in the final stages of the war, and those that remained have since disbanded or been destroyed – except for this one last stronghold. The people of the citadel, though they are foreign to the plane, have long since adapted to their new home and have strong ties to the local people who dwell near the gates – the [[Ko’khasti]].
