This ritual allows multiple mages to cooperate on casting a spell, so long as they are all familiar with it – with [[Supporting Casters]] providing a bonus to the [[Ritual Leader]]'s casting ability so long as they successfully mirror the spell he is attempting. <br />
<br />
Supporting Casters must perform a [[Spellcasting (Skill)|Spellcasting]] check (in addition to that required for the ritual itself) as if they were casting the spell themselves, with the the Ritual Leader's check to cast the spell gaining a +2 bonus for every Supporting Caster who successfully meets the spell's difficulty, but suffering a -2 penalty for every one that fails. <br />
<br />
Regardless of how many Supporting Casters succeed or fail the check, the spell itself either succeeds or fails based on whether the Ritual Leader's modified total is sufficient to cast the spell. Performing the ritual takes one hour per Supporting Caster.<br />
