Along with the ability to change shape comes the ability to sense such changes in others; Sense True Form allows its caster to clearly see the natural shape of any shape-shifted individual (this includes changes caused by both [[Enhancement]] and Metamorphosis), as well as making the distinction between living beings and unnatural forms (such as undead, animated or manifested bodies) clearly apparent. <br />

If a being's true nature has been altered by a spell with the [[Cloaked]] attribute, Sense True Form must overcome this cloaking in order to reveal the truth – otherwise it will register them as perfectly natural. Fortunately Sense True Form receives a +5 bonus to its effective Casting Total for contests of this kind.<br />
