Often known as the Awakeners, the Knights Sorcerous of the Spirit Awakening are a faction of [[Lan'kaloran]] sorcerers based in the rebel [[Lan'kaloran Enclave|enclave]] of [[Lan'sarith]]. Although their origins are somewhat unclear, they are often considered to be a splinter faction of the much older and more respectable [[Knights Vigilant of the Dragon Deathless]].

The Awakeners are noted for having a strong interest in necromancy, and amongst other things are responsible for raising the entire line of [[Vae]] [[Hundred Daughters of Kul-Vae|matriarchs]] from the dead.
