The [[Angel]] of the [[Black Gate]]. Jurakell served as trusted lieutenant to [[Schiraman]] long before they arrived at [[Reshomme]] and remains his most loyal and powerful servant.

When the Black Gate was discovered during the [[Forth Age]], Schiraman tasked Jurakell with guarding it - a duty that he carries out to this day. Although most of his time is spent at the gate, he has been known to entrust the task for short periods to his own servants while he performs errands elsewhere.

During the [[Fifth Age]] Jurakell led an army to assault [[DanTarAen]], stronghold of the corrupt [[Dragon]] of the Sun [[Yndataraen]]. As his troops, and [[Mithrilanda]]'s loyal dragons, battled Yndataraen's forces it was Jurakell himself who slew the Dragon of the Sun in single combat - bearing Schiraman's [[Golden Sword]].
