Erol was an apparently normal Dorai Khen, or Forest Drake, who was adopted by [[Jerall Markant]] shortly after the [[Knights of the Silver Cross]] defeated the evil that had possessed the [[Tower of Kallerain]].

After hanging out with the KotSC for a while Erol started behaving very strangely; eventually turning silver and developing magic powers. There's a lesson in there somewhere kids.

Erol is quite fond of bacon, although he is not nearly as obsessed with it as [[Lucian Albrecht|Lucian]] seems to believe. His other interests include biting people, looking unimpressed, hanging out with [[Aesha Lehtranna|Aesha]] (especially sleeping in her tent...) and, occasionally, saving the KotSC from imminent doom with his nifty magic.
