By incorporating magical techniques designed to purge disease and poison into your healing spells (or vice versa), you are able to perform both tasks at once – adding a purifying effect to your healing magic, or a healing effect to your purifying spells. In either case this increases the spell's Difficulty by 2.

The bonus healing provided by this ability is equal to [[Power]] x 6 and causes [[Stun Shock]] equal to half the [[Wound Penalty]] healed (round up). This can be applied to any [[Essence Magic|Essence]] spell that is capable of purging drugs, poison or disease, with anyone that the spell attempts to purge also receiving the healing effect.

When applying this ability to a healing spell, it gains the ability to purge all drugs, poisons or diseases with an [[Effect Strength]] of 2.5 x Power or less (round up). This can be applied to any Essence spell that heals damage – although in cases where a spell heals one person to harm another (or vice versa) only the recipient of the healing is purged. This purging effect also causes additional Stun Shock equal to Power x 1/2 (round down).
