A semi-enclosed sea in the West of [[Amethgare]], the Azure Sea is notable for its strangely calm, bright weather and can be quite difficult to sail as a result - sometimes requiring ships to call on magic, or oars, to make reliable progress.

The Azure Sea is bounded by [[Berellion]], [[Karantas]] and [[Lonas]] in the South, [[Kotar]] in the West, [[Saralot]] in the North and [[Antalon]] in the East.

The Azure Sea was considered a mystical, somewhat sacred place by the people of early Danton and it is believed the liqueur Asuras was named after it.
