Alchemy is the skill of brewing, refining and distilling various beverages, chemicals and elixirs and can be used for tasks as mundane as brewing beer or as exotic as making magical healing potions. Training in alchemy is somewhat unusual, and is normally passed down from master to apprentice - although most settlements contain at least one person with some skill in the area, if only to provide their neighbours with relaxing beverages.
