You are now capable of creating tonics for [[Contained]] spells (as well as [[Touch]] spells, and spells that are a blend of the two), and the effective [[Power]] of tonics you create is equal to 75% (round normally) of the Power you invested in their creation. In addition your Alchemy check to create tonics suffer only a -1 penalty instead of the normal -3.<br />
