By careful study of the seasons, the way that various types of weather tend to relate to one another and various small clues such as the behaviour of animals, the look of the sky or simply the feeling of the air itself, you have become fairly adept at predicting the weather - although only in the very short term. This ability negates the -3 penalty normally applied to Seafaring or Farming & Herding checks made to predict the weather over the course of the next day or so.
