Sulaim Factions
Sulaim society, both in Nelonia and elsewhere on Teth, is extremely fractious - being divided into countless distinct factions, each of which operates as an independent clan. Although these factions do sometimes cooperate to establish infrastructure, raise and educate children or ally against greater enemies they are also prone to warring against each other - a feature that helps makes most Sulaim societies extremely unstable.
