Designed to help capture fleeing foes, Stun Bolt seeks its target with uncanny accuracy and releases a stunning blast of Psychic energy when it senses proximity. If its target is somehow concealed from it then Stun Bolt's tracking ability becomes something of a liability, transforming its normal accuracy bonus into a penalty.
