This enhanced form of Wings of Air grants its caster a pair of wings crafted from blazing lightning. As well as improving on the speed and manoeuvrability of its predecessor, Storm Wings' caster can also cause the lightning in his wings to go wild, striking randomly and repeatedly at everything nearby. When used at full strength this lightning aura requires an action to activate, but a weaker version can also be triggered as part of an Aerial Dodge. Aerial manoeuvres, including dodges, are controlled by an average of the caster's Spellcasting and Athletics skills.
