The simplest form of Spirit Binding magic, Spirit Sight allows its caster to see, hear and speak to non-manifest Spirits as though they were physical beings – although the distinction between the two remains apparent to him. In order to speak with a spirit using Spirit Sight, the caster must have a language in common with it.

Spirit Sight also reveals unnatural forms such as undead, animated or manifested beings for what they are – although it cannot detect shape-shifting. If the spell used to create an unnatural form has the Cloaked attribute then Spirit Sight's Casting Total must equal or exceed that of the spell in question in order to detect anything out of the ordinary.
