Prerequisites: Rebuff and Shield Combo

Combines a Parry or Guard with a rapid Shield Bash counter attack. Shield Counter operates as a normal parry or guard, but applies the average of the shield's Shield Bash and either its Parry or Guard modifier to the attempt. If the defence is successful you automatically strike your attacker with your shield for normal damage. Defending with Shield Counter does not trigger the Rebuff bonus or allow use of Shield Combo.
