Shek'an Aldreth

A massive water-borne city on the Plane of Isiri'thantor that was once part of the powerful Shanta-Katran Federation. The city was devastated during the Third Battle of Isiri'thantor at the height of the War of Waking and much of it now lies on the sea-floor. Those parts that still float are a shadow of their former glory, with many buildings reduced to rubble and pirates and drifters the only inhabitants.
