Odd as it may sound, you have practised quickly getting back to your feet from a prone or sitting position. As a result you receive only half the normal Initiative penalties (round down) when caught prone or sitting as a fight begins, and suffer only half the normal Recovery Penalty (round down) when getting back to your feet after being knocked down. In addition you ignore the penalty from being knocked off-balance by a Trip attempt and are immune to Staggering.
