You have a reasonable understanding of the basic structure of Reshomme and are familiar with concepts such as the Wild Sea, Spheres, Law and Chaos and the general distinctions between the Core, the Central Planes, the Fringes, the Heavens, the Netherworld and the Astral Plane. In addition you have some basic knowledge of nearby planes and are comfortable with the broad concepts behind planar travel. As a result you no longer receive the -3 penalty to General Knowledge suffered by those without this basic understanding when making skill checks to do with knowledge of planes (either in general or specific) and the related topics mentioned above.
