Prerequisites: Mounted Combat, and Snapshooting, Thrown Weapon Training or Spellcasting 4

By extensively practising the use of Ranged Attacks while riding at speed you have learnt to compensate both for the motion of your mount and your speed relative to your target and suffer only half the normal penalties applied to ranged attacks (including Thrown Weapons and Spells) made while your mount is in motion; -1 when walking, -2 when cantering and -3 when galloping.
