Lyvaer

Lyvaer is a Dunoln word meaning 'blood of fire' that is used to describe a kind of highly flammable oil or gel that can be produced from certain crystals found amongst the Fringes. Lyvaer weapons are a rare but powerful form of armament most often found in the hand of Dessakk Lizardmen, although it is unclear whether the Dessakk developed the technology directly or merely inherited from some other source - perhaps the Dunoln themselves.
