You've become so used to the regenerative ability provided by Life Channelling that you no longer need to give any conscious thought to using Healing Power when you are injured, and instead instinctively activate the ability whenever you have sufficient Power to spare (although any conscious uses you may have for your Power always take priority). This ability functions even if you are asleep or unconscious.
