Frost Forge allows its caster to summon forth objects crafted magically from ice as strong as steel. Although it is most frequently used to create melee or throwing weapons, or ammunition for bows or crossbows, Frost Forge can create any solid, portable object that the caster is familiar with (I.e. Has made use of in the past). Explosives, mechanisms or other items dependant on chemical reactions or moving parts (including chains, whips or other flexible sections) cannot be created with the spell and any object created must be small and light enough that the caster is capable of lifting it unassisted. Weapons or ammunition created by Frost Forge inflict cold damage in addition to the normal damage done by weapons of that type.

As long as the spell is maintained the caster can manifest new items every turn, thus replacing spent ammunition or tools or weapons that are no longer required. Any item created by Frost Forge that leaves its caster's hands soon loses its special properties however, transforming into mundane ice after one turn. When the spell ends all items it created suffer the same fate.

The size and number of items produced are limited by the spell's Weight Produced stat, which determines the total weight of weapons, tools or ammo that can be created each turn. Where the weight of an item is not listed, the GM should estimate it based on other items. For purposes of determining total number of items that can be produced, all items are considered to have a minimum weight of at least 1.
