Death Mark

A cursed and dangerous area of Varys' core-fragment, east of the Golden Land and close to the Farran Chain.

Legends say that so many deaths occurred here during the Battle of the Farran Chain in the Seventh Age that the land itself now hungers for death and will do all it can to bring it to anyone who dares to set foot upon it. What is certain is that nothing lives here now, neither plant nor beast, but that things still move amid the barren and broken hills - lifeless and horrid.
