DSv3 System
DSv3 is the current version of the Dragonsilver rules. This version inherits the damage system from Dark Cluster and greatly reduces the number of available Skills, adding Abilities instead to allow specialisations, special moves and techniques and bonuses of one kind and another within each broad skill.
