You're used to being around animals and you're good at putting them at their ease, allowing you to lead them easily, calm them when they are scared or angered, check them for injuries and so forth without undue difficulty. This ability eliminates the normal -3 penalty to Farming & Herding applied to those unfamiliar with handing animals when attempting tasks of this kind.
