Through increased study of the mysterious properties of casting powders you have learnt to contain Static type spells within them (in addition to Projectile spells, and spells that represent a combination of the two) and your powders now gain the full benefit of Power invested in them. In addition your Alchemy skill is unpenalised when mixing casting powders, although your Spellcasting limits your Alchemy skill as normal.
