This finely made silver scabbard was created by the dragon Benethyarr as a gift for Sorceress Aesha Lehtranna.
It was created at the Citadel of the Poison Fang in Hezh Tro Khe, Nelonia and is designed to hold Aesha's strange and magical silver sword.
The scabbard bears the Dantonian rune 'Zhe' which means change. The Zhe rune resembles a pair of arrows, or a 'Z' shape but in this case it has been carved in such a way that it can also be read as the initials AL.
The scabbard contains powerful magic designed to link the spirit of the Sorceress Aesha Lehtranna with her spiritual other self, Knight Aesha Lehtranna. Quite what this means in practical terms is a little unclear thus far, although Knight Aesha is currently haunting the scabbard quite happily.
