Royal Order of the Crown

One of the twelve Mantonian Royal Orders, the Order of the Crown is very different from the other orders of Warrior Adventurers and is composed entirely of the (extended) Mantonian Royal Family. Entry into the Order of the Crown is automatic for those with direct blood-ties to the King but those who are less closely related must still prove themselves in entrance tests - similar to the other Royal Orders.

The Order of the Crown has a very high status in Mantonian society, and its members are treated with great respect by all the other orders; however its direct authority is actually very limited and for the most part its role is to arbitrate disputes between the other orders, guard the King and his family and perform various ceremonial and diplomatic functions.
