Lussul Sullus

A pair of beautifully-carved stone foxes, one black with white eyes and one white with black eyes, that seem possessed of a talkative spirit, or possibly spirits. Each statue is roughly the size of an adult cat and is animated by some form of ancient magic - although only one of the two statues is animate at any given time.

They have the ability to allow everyone nearby to engage in telepathic conversation, which allowed a group of prisoners held in the Vault of Curiosities to get to know each other a little - despite being frozen in a kind of magical stasis.

Lussul and Sullus seem to have some kind of connection with Morivar, the God of Communication. Their names seem to have their origin in the Old Senvayn tongue, and translate roughly into 'illuminated shadow' and 'shadow that illuminates'.
