Fringes

The Fringes are those planes closest to the edge of the Sphere and are relativley chaotic and mutable. From time to time breaches occur in the Sphere's wall and Chaos from the Wild Sea intrudes upon the Fringes.

The Dunoln cities of Karonleas and Garrleas as well as the Elementally aligned Planes of Folless and Shonallis are examples of Planes of the Fringes.
