Firrestine

At once a great city and the strongest fortress on Varys, Firrestine is the last true city of the once-prosperous Serrestine people, and is large enough to hold their entire population should their other towns in the region be overwhelmed.

The Serrestine are known for their skills at forging, mining and building and Firrestine is both prosperous and well-defended - with well-maintained roads, high walls and strong keeps - as well as many less-travelled paths beneath the surrounding mountains. Although travellers from other lands are rare here, visitors to the city are treated cautiously but with respect, and news and trade from other lands are welcome.
