Defensive Enhancements

Defensive Enhancements are a form of secondary defence that can be used in conjunction with a Reaction. Only one Defensive Enhancement can be used with each Reaction, and must be declared at the same time. Defensive Enhancements are typically very specific in their applications, and can normally only be used in conjunction with certain defences and under certain conditions. If these conditions are met when the defence is resolved then the bonuses provided by the Defensive Enhancement are applied, otherwise it does nothing.
